We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Service Manager. The role will be responsible for directing location to operate profitably, safely, and efficiently by providing excellent customer service, continued employee training and development, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in the equipment sales, service, and distribution business. Branch Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the profitability and financial performance of the branch. Achieve sales, gross margin and expense goals based on current budget; Review financial results with management.
- Direct the overall day-to-day branch operation to ensure the best customer service in the industry. Responsible for overall branch warehousing, parts, service and inventory management, including the logistics and overall inventory accuracy.
Service Department Responsibilities
- Overall Departmental P&L; Maintain good working relationship with OEM; Responsible for Overall CSI
- Maintain Excellent Customer Communications; Responsible for Repair Order Flow and expediting; Overall responsibility for quality repairs and accurate invoicing
- Manages/supports safety programs and ensures OSHA and EPA Compliance
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related Branch operations experience and/or technical training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; analytical and interpretive skills; refined verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to problem solve and address a variety of issues.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent walking; occasionally required to sit; regularly lift and or move up to 100 pounds with assistance; frequently exposed to outside weather conditions; occasionally exposed to machine traffic and equipment use.
