McCarthy Building Companies is looking for a skilled Carpenter III / Leadman for an exciting Civil project in Dallas, TX and Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will cut, shape, and install concrete forming systems for large concrete pours. The ideal applicant has 6 years of proven experience as a commercial carpenter and possesses excellent carpentry techniques.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures by properly following / reading layout (independently)Successfully complete required training to use personal arrest systemSafely strip wall form systemsSafely build wall form and deck form systemsSafely form stairsPerform materials calculationsRecognize hazards and danger zonesComplete Task Hazard Analysis (THA)Train and mentor new hiresCoordinate work with other tradesAssist other trades when necessaryQUALIFICATIONS
