Position Summary McCarthy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a focus on proposal coordination to be based out of our Southwest office in Phoenix, AZ. This role will also have exposure to event coordination, internal and external communications, and creative graphics. Key Responsibilities A strategic individual who can partner with BD, Operations, and Marketing team members to develop best-in-class marketing deliverables, including proposals, interviews, presentations, event support, award submissions, graphics, and more.Strong project management skills, including time management, communication, organization, and proactiveness.Demonstrates a well-rounded balance of creativity and process-driven skills.Team player who thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment.Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, occasionally across state lines, including meeting deadlines for various groups.Technical Skills Experience managing the proposal and interview process including the ability to lead a team through storyboarding and messaging exercises to build a compelling client-focused strategy.Strong writing skills, particularly for proposals and advertising efforts.Strong graphic design skills with the ability to quickly create custom graphics aligned with the brand.
