The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and to recommend relevant solutions including policy, process, procedures and system improvements. These duties may include all aspects of operational management, performance, and quality management. The Business Analyst ensures compliance with all relevant state, regulatory and client requirements within the business units.
Essential Job Functions:

· Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
· Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
· Assist with project management for selected projects
· Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity
· Test business processes and recommend improvements
· Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
· Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
· Identify automation opportunities
· Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance
· Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
· Communicate and validate requirements
· Develop and maintain reporting tools
· Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
· Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization
· Manages workflows to produce reports for internal users and external clients.
Adheres to all MBW ISO and other applicable policies, procedures, processes and work instructions

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Knowledge: 3 years of experience as a business analysist.
· Skills/Aptitudes: Preferred candidate with collection center/operations background. Must be organized and detail oriented with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multifaceted and works well under pressure. A good understanding of LiveVox – Telephony platform knowledge. Proficient in excel to include pivot tables and V-Lookup.
· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritize conflicting demands, take initiative, work proactively and be resourceful; outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse set of personalities and a strong client focus; and self-starter with a desire to grow/learn. Proven ability to teach and interact effectively in difficult situations.
