We’re seeking a Design Associate to join our team and support the exponential growth of our in-house Design Department at our Davenport, Iowa office. As a Design Associate, you will own projects from start to finish with the support and collaboration of an experienced team. Using strong organizational and solutions-finding skills, you will balance working on complex designs while thriving in a fast-paced construction environment. You'll be a part of a team that's reshaping how architecture and construction work together to create better experiences and better buildings.
What makes you successful in this position?
- Professional degree in Architecture preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural design preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to support multiple projects at a time
- Experience with state and federal historic tax credit programs is a plus

The pay range for this position is $60,000-70,000, depending on experience. Candidates must possess valid driver’s license and meet the insurability standards of the Company’s motor vehicle insurance carrier, as well as and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
