Corporate Attorney for Technology-Focused Law FirmLocation : Remote / FlexibleCompensation : $175 - $225 per hour, based on experienceOur law firm, specializing in cutting-edge technology legal issues, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team and assist with general corporate legal work for a primarily high-tech client base. The firm’s lead attorney is extremely busy with niche client projects, and we are looking for a skilled, self-sufficient attorney who can handle a range of general corporate matters with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities : Provide general corporate legal support for early-stage to Series B startups, with a focus on technology-focused companies.Manage corporate governance, entity formation, contracts, and other general corporate legal matters.Work directly with clients to address their legal needs, with limited guidance required from senior attorneys.Ability to work independently, with the flexibility to adapt to varying workloads.Qualifications : At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, ideally with exposure to technology and startup environments.Strong knowledge of general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and contracts.Experience working with early-stage to Series B tech startups is a plus.Big-law experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.Exceptional communication and writing skills.Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.Job Expectations : Flexible hours ranging from 5-10 hours a week on average.Ideal for a highly qualified attorney seeking flexibility and additional income.A steady but manageable flow of work, with non-urgent deadlines.Opportunity for growth, and potentially a partnership opportunity down the road for the right fit.How to Apply : Please submit your resume and a writing sample for consideration.Company info : McCarthy Law Group#J-18808-Ljbffr
