What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Mowing Crew Member position at McCarthy's LCS Lawn & Landscaping?
Lawn Care Crew Members will be expected to mow and maintain residential and commercial lawns. Crew Members will be expected to operate zero turn lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and other handheld tools under the direction of Lawn Care Foremen. Crew Members will need to be able to learn, grow, and operate in fast-paced environments, have and develop excellent customer service skills, and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Lawn Care Crew Members will also be involved in Spring and Fall leaf and debris and property clean ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Lawn Care: 1 year (Required)
