Job Title: CDL Driver - Tire Delivery Specialist
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team at McCarthy Tire Service Co. as a Tire Delivery Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily routes in accordance with the weekly schedule provided by management.
- Operate a CDL trailer to deliver commercial tires and wheels to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Responsible for executing client delivery schedules, proper loading and unloading, and obtaining signed paperwork to provide to Snider branches.
- Ensure deliveries are timely and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure that all mechanical systems are operating properly.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- Class A or B license depending on class of vehicle.
- At least 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, and pass the DOT physical.
- Flexibility in schedule.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
