JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell tires and services to customers.
- Completes invoices for customers.
- Capable of scheduling vehicles for service weekly.
- Process payroll weekly for technicians.
- Calculate commissions weekly.
- Assists with inventory management.
- Maintain the showroom.
- Assign technicians work orders.
- Explain to customers the services the vehicle needs.
- Communicate with customers in person and via phone.
- Help customers choose tires for their vehicle and answer questions on different brand options.
- Drive customers to a destination after they drop off their vehicle for service.
