**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor grounds of various residential and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the landscape is well-kept and visually appealing. We are especially looking for a candidate who as experience in creating and maintaining irrigation/sprinkler systems.
**Duties:**
- Fix sprinklers, valves, solenoids, backflow preventers, sprinkler control boxes, etc.
- Install new sprinkler systems, add to existing systems, etc.
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate hand tools and power equipment efficiently and safely
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects
**Skills:**
- Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained
