We are seeking a data-driven digital marketer to play a vital role in helping our company continue the rapid growth that we have seen in our first 3 years specializing in providing backup power to homeowners in East TN. We need someone who in confident in their skill set as well as someone who is highly motivated to grow themselves and the team they work with.

To continue with our mission, we need someone who specializes in creating awareness of our company digitally.
About this position:
As a digital marketing manager, you’ll be responsible for optimizing digital ad campaigns to reduce costs per lead, enhance return on ad spend (ROAS), and align marketing efforts with key business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Developing, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta, ensuring they support revenue and business goals.
· Implementing data-driven strategies to optimize cost efficiency, lower cost per lead, and maximize ROAS.
· Leading marketing attribution efforts, tracking customer journeys from initial click to lead conversion, job completion, and revenue impact.
· Managing strategic initiatives such as keyword expansion, ad restructuring, A/B testing, remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.
· Monitoring campaign performance and delivering insightful reports to stakeholders, showcasing impact, efficiency, and revenue contribution.
· Keeping up with digital marketing trends and exploring new opportunities for personalization, automation, and audience targeting.
We also want someone who is confident in recommending different courses of action that the company should consider with messaging, ad spending, etc.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing and analytics
- Confident in creating and optimizing Meta Ads
- Proficiency in SEO tools and conversion optimization strategies
- Strong skills in social media marketing and content creation
- Experience in keyword research, copywriting, and social media management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
