Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various channels.
- Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increased coverage while networking for new clients.
- Provide tailored coverage options, process quotes, and bind insurance policies while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and proactive account support.
- Monitor sales metrics and document activity to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and contribute expertise in both formal and informal settings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, continuing education, and product changes to enhance performance.
- Active Indiana Insurance License with at least six months of personal insurance account management experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, rating procedures, and industry operations.
- Proven track record of sales success with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and assertive in developing client relationships.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and technology.
