Job Title: RV Warranty Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Location: McClain's RV OKC
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an RV Warranty Administrator. As an RV Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for our RV dealership. You will work closely with our service department and manufacturers to ensure that all warranty claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims for RVs sold by the dealership
- Communicate with manufacturers to ensure timely processing of claims
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related paperwork
- Work closely with the service department to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed before submitting claims
- Provide excellent customer service to RV owners who have warranty claims
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Experience in the RV industry or with warranty claims is a plus
