Maintenance Crew Member

Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team at McClellans Landscaping as a Maintenance Crew Member. This role offers a competitive salary range of $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about landscaping, possess strong attention to detail, and enjoy working outdoors, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities : - Perform general maintenance tasks on commercial properties, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.- Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as necessary, following safety guidelines and best practices.- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and to the highest quality standards.- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address any concerns or requests promptly.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred, but not required.- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.- Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
