Responsibilities
License preferred,. but willing to train. Licensing assist will be made available.
Customer Interaction : Attend to incoming inquiries from policyholders, providing prompt and courteous responses to their questions and concerns.
Policy Management : Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, coverages, and possible adjustments needed to meet their individual needs.
Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout.
Account Updates : Facilitate policy updates and changes, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Feedback Loop : Collect customer feedback to relay to management for continual service improvement.
Problem Solving : Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance sector.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional phone presence.
Customer Focus : Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to provide help and support.
Problem Solving : Ability to think quickly and critically to solve problems effectively for clients.
