The Receiver – General Laborer is responsible for efficiently managing materials throughout the custom cabinetry production process. This includes receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials, as well as assembling kits with all necessary parts and components for specific projects. The role ensures that materials are handled, stored, and distributed effectively to support the shop's production schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Clean shop area.
- Disposal of trash and recyclables in shop area.
- Participate in housekeeping projects in shop and office areas.
- Able to assist with lifting and moving of heavy items - up to 50lbs multiple times per day.
- Use forklift to unload and lift materials.
- Able to assist with equipment maintenance.
- Assist in Sanding Department as needed.
- Assist in Finishing Department as needed - prep cabinetry for painting - taping off cabinetry and moving cabinetry.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to work under time constraints effectively.
- Be detailed oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS & DUTIES
- Basic hand tool skills.
- Self-motivated - ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Forklift Certified
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
