MGR is seeking 10 new agents for our next incoming class. All agents will go through The Agent Factory where you will learn to become a top 1% producer while being provided with all the clients you can handle (average new agent GCI - $150,000 in year 1).

MGR owns their own lead generation company so you will be provided with leads that contact at 100% and convert at 50%. Our average new agent closes their first home priced at $1,000,000 in 8 weeks or less. You are also able to offer on any home (within buy box) for our buyer who is the largest in the state (receive a 2% bonus for each).
Average new agent GCI: $150,000
Average Producing Agent GCI: $250,000
