As a Healthcare Transactional and Regulatory Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex healthcare transactions and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and regulatory compliance. Associates play a critical role in the success of the firm and firm clients, and they are looking for individuals who are eager to take their careers to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in New York or Washington D.C.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory law
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
