What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trademark & Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney position at McClure Harrison, Inc.?
We are assisting our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, with their search for a mid-level Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney for their New York City office. Qualified candidates would have a minimum of five years of litigation experience, including in trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and trade dress. Trademark prosecution experience is a plus but not required. This position provides the opportunity to get a high level of responsibility, including managing cases, taking/defending depositions, and supervising junior associates.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials and at least five years of trademark and/or copyright litigation experience with a law firm.
