As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of community associations and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Managers in developing and implementing strategic plans for community associations.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers in preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with governing documents, laws, and regulations.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Assist in the coordination of community events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Respond promptly to homeowners' inquiries and work to resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify potential problems or issues.

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to community association management. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and board members.

  • Required Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of proven customer service experience or similar position.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing throughout the workday.
  • Continuous engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, associates, and vendors.
  • Proficient communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions to effectively address business-related matters.
