Schedule : Sunday’s are a must 10am-6pm 2 Nights 12pm to 9pm ( Monday’s and Wednesday ) Preferably
Open to rest of the schedule - Full-Time 40 Hours
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manages and responds to all incoming internet leads within seven days, converting them to in-dealer appointments.
- Handles all online chats for automotive inquiries, aiming to convert inquiries to in-dealer appointments.
- Responds to all dealer funnel SMS messages, converting these leads to in-dealer appointments.
- Schedules appointments for all leads and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Builds and maintains relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follows up with potential customers to encourage sales and address any concerns or questions.
- Logs customer notes and follows up on leads.
- Contacts customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Provides excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
