1st and 2nd Shift Available
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking notes regarding the customer’s concerns
- Quoting and selling estimates
- Updating the customer as needed
- Communication with the technicians
- Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approves

- Dependable, team player. Outgoing and friendly disposition
- Neat and clean appearance
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers
- Professionally speak to customer representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way at all times
- Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
- Must be reliable
