Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee various landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, including lawn care, garden installation, and landscape maintenance.
• Lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Plan and implement landscape designs, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Perform regular inspections of landscaped areas to assess health and appearance, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Train team members on best practices for landscape care, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care and garden management.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping environment.
• Knowledge of tree care techniques and plant health management.
• Proficiency in building landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls is preferred.
• Ability to maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping tasks.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
