Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety in all that we do.
- Report to your foreman.
- Demo existing concrete.
- Set concrete forms and rebar.
- Finish concrete.
- Labor on the job site as needed.
- Learn to operate skid steers and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of the job.
- Be punctual.
- Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites.
- Physical demands include but are not limited to; lifting heavy objects, walking, and standing for extended periods of time and performing physical labor under adverse weather conditions.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
- 1 plus year of concrete experience is preferred.
- Valid driver license required. Class A CDL is a plus.
- Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last five years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
- Ability to work 40 – 60 hours a week including some Saturdays.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
