This position will be responsible for maintaining clean, functional areas and equipment throughout the Club for use by members, their guests and fellow employees. The position requires the individual to have a working knowledge of effective routine and preventive maintenance techniques. Must be able to read and carefully follow directions in the use of various chemicals, tools and equipment used in the maintenance program. Will have the ability to perceive on a priority basis when and where work should be done based on the weekly Club Events schedule and those routine and preventive maintenance schedules.Â

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine custodial and maintenance responsibilities.
- Utilizes tools, materials for simple repairs and assists with more technical repairs
- Performs touch-up and whole area painting.
- Repairs lighting fixtures including changing light bulbs.
- Repairs/replaces doors/hardware.
- Reports property damage, equipment malfunctions and usual activities as appropriate.
- Actively supports an inclusive and respectful work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 Years experience with building and/or facility maintenance or similar position required.
