- Aid in overseeing daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Lead and inspire a team of cooks to ensure a high standard of food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to come up with innovative menu ideas and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while adapting to constant changes in a bustling setting.
- Manage food inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work alongside Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director to maintian Wakefield and McConnell Golf standards and expectiations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or as a lead line cook.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred but not required
Salary Range
USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.Salary : $18 - $20
