Uses construction management software. Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials. Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule. Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation. Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed. Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols. Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, electrician, and other specialists.

Qualifications
Construction Management Degree (preferred)
Required Skills
- 5-10 years Ground-up Commercial Construction experience (required)
- Experience with large project $30MM
Preferred Skills
Construction Software proficiency in Procore or similar programs
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
