Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in roofing management
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Your Role:
- Leading foremen to perform work safely and productively
- Provide leadership to foremen
- Ensure consistently high-quality service and results
- Represent the company professionally in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
- Manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals.
