- Work with Senior Management and Board to identify and pitch prospective clients
- Undertake various client service and relations efforts to retain current clients, including responding to client questions on coverage, underwriting, pricing, claims management, and loss prevention services
- Underwrite and assess risk profiles of current and prospective clients
- Assist company General Counsel with legal and compliance matters
- Prepare reports and briefings for Senior Management meetings and Board meetings
- Travel (a few days per month) requiredRequired Qualifications :
- Attorney with 7 or more years of litigation or transactional experience
- Large law firm partner preferred
