- Represent insurers in complex coverage cases and coverage disputes related to professional liability policies, including directors and officer liability, errors and omissions, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, and healthcare liability
- Represent insurers in connection with disputes involving commercial general liability, auto, first party property, and cyber policies
- Handle all aspects of cases / disputes, from initial coverage analysis through litigation and arbitrationRequired Qualifications :
- 4 or more years of experience representing insurance carriers in complex disputes related to management liability, professional liability, commercial general liability, and property coverages
