About the Position :
We have been exclusively engaged by our client, a large beverage distributor, in its search for a corporate M&A attorney with 3-7 years of sophisticated large law firm experience to join as Counsel in its dynamic legal group (in either its Chicago or Rosemont office). The individual in this role will report directly to the General Counsel and work with senior leadership to advise on a wide variety of legal issues, including M&A transactions, commercial contracts, managing outside counsel on litigation matters, and advising on various state and federal regulatory laws.
