Responsibilities:
· Represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, service providers, manufacturers, companies in the automotive industry, high-tech companies, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies
· Work on complex financing transactions, including private equity financing, acquisition financing, strategic debt financing, asset-based lending, as well as other debt transactions
Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of corporate finance transactions experience
· Excellent academic credentials
· Ability to travel as needed
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $205,00 - $330,000.
