We are working with a Midwest-based national law firm that has an immediate need for a corporate M&A attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents private and public companies in complex corporate transactions and regularly handles multimillion- and multibillion-dollar deals.

Responsibilities:
· Represent public and private companies, as well as financial sponsors, in corporate transactions
· Handle divestitures, strategic joint ventures, entity formation, financing and restructuring matters
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of corporate M&A experience
· Experience with joint ventures, entity formation, governance, divestitures, financing and restructuring
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position starts at $215,000.
