We are working with a top international law firm that has an active need for an experienced energy attorney (5 years) focusing on project development to join its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate contracts, including EPC contracts, supply agreements, offtake agreements, and O&M agreements
· Draft and negotiate ancillary financing documents for debt work, tax equity work and/or M&A work
· Advise parties in M&A transactions involving renewable projects and represent lenders and sponsors at all stages of project development
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of project development/contracts work, M&A work or finance work in the energy industry
· Experience drafting and negotiating project development and project operation contracts

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000.
