About the Position:
We are working with a well-established plaintiff’s firm that has an immediate need for an ERISA litigation attorney to join at the associate or partner level (depending on experience). This firm has over 50 years of experience, and this growing practice represents large groups of employees in ERISA class actions across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in ERISA fiduciary breach cases, including paying excessive fees for recordkeeping and advisory services, offering more expensive shares of investments, and breaches of the duty to monitor fiduciaries and the overall administration of the plan
· Take and defend depositions and handle discovery
· Manage second chair trial responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
· 2-7 years of ERISA litigation experience is required
· Must have discovery and deposition experience
· Large law firm experience is a plus
· Candidates can be barred in any state

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000, depending on experience.
