About the Position:
We are working with a national law firm with Mid-Atlantic roots that has an immediate need for an experienced executive compensation lawyer to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group in Chicago as a senior associate or counsel.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a wide range of executive and equity compensation matters
Required Qualifications:
· 6 or more years of executive compensation experience
· Experience with qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, equity compensation, health and welfare plans, M&A, ERISA, and/or ESOP is a plus
