Healthcare Associate Attorney (2+ yrs) – Premier Am Law 100 Firm

About the Position:

We are working with a dynamic national law firm that has an immediate need for a healthcare attorney to join as a junior/mid-level associate in its Chicago office. This firm boasts one of the largest healthcare practices in the country and is Chambers-ranked. The attorneys in this practice represent hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, laboratories, academic medical centers, and long-term care centers throughout the country.

Responsibilities:

· Represent a range of clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, laboratories, academic medical centers, and long-term care centers in a range of healthcare matters

Required Qualifications:

· 2 or more years of healthcare law experience from a law firm

· Experience in one or more of the following areas: healthcare fraud and abuse laws, government investigations and related litigation, HIPAA privacy and security, health care system operational and/or payor contracting, state licensure of health care entities and practitioners, government payor enrollment, reimbursement, and audits, including Medicare and Medicaid plans, and/or regulatory or transactional support for health care M&A deals

· Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $220,000 - $310,000.
