About the Position :
Our client, a global mid-market investment bank with offices across 15 countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, is actively seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of corporate experience at a law firm or publicly traded company to join its Chicago-based legal team as a Senior Counsel. Preferred candidates can come from a range of corporate practices including private funds, securities, capital markets, or M&A. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with all attorneys and professionals in the legal and compliance functions on corporate legal projects, engagement letters, and partnership and other corporate documentation.
