Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on the risks and implementation of data protection compliance programs
· Assist clients with the development of privacy policies and incident response plans
· Manage privacy and cybersecurity workstreams
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection experience
· Experience with incident response, product development, and advising clients on state and federal privacy, data, and cybersecurity compliance
· CIPP certification is preferred
· Strong academic credentials
