We are working with an elite Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a real estate attorney (4 yrs) to join its established Chicago office. This powerhouse real estate practice is Chambers-ranked and represents the industry’s most active and sophisticated private equity sponsors, publicly-traded REITs, sovereign wealth funds, major pension organizations, and other institutional investors.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in substantive commercial real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of commercial real estate equity transactions experience
· Large law firm experience
· Strong academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $420,000.
