Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on securities issues, including compliance and Exchange Act reporting
· Assist with preparing and filing registration statements, proxy statements, annual, quarterly and current reports and other SEC filings
Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 3 years of law firm capital markets and corporate transactional experience
· Strong knowledge of the Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act
· Experience with securities offerings preferred
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000.
