Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a range of complex commercial transactions involving IT outsourcing, digital platform and other hosted service agreements, business process outsourcing, facilities management outsourcing, data center leasing, technology licensing, cloud computing, and privacy and security issues
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of law firm experience with data, digital services, outsourcing and software transactions, (including SaaS/cloud subscriptions, AI and data analytics, ITO/BPO managed services, digital collaborations, and software license, development and implementation agreements)
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000.
