• Candidate must possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum with an interest in highway engineering.
• Experience with MicroStation & Familiarity OpenRoads
• Experience with NJDOT highway design and PS&E package preparation desirable.
• Familiarity with the NJDOT Roadway Design Manual and the NJDOT Capital Delivery process
• Familiarity with the NJDOT Utility, ROW & Access process.
• Familiarity with the NJTA Design Manual.
• Candidates must possess strong communications skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Engineer in Training Certification (required) or P.E. (preferred).
• Ability to lead tasks and mentor staff.
