• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• A Pennsylvania PE and/or PTOE license is required
• 15 years experience in a similar position or equivalent working knowledge/experience in the field of traffic engineering
• Direct experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike design criteria, standards and procedures
• Hands-on experience with common traffic engineering software including Synchro, VISSIM, HCS, Microstation
• Traffic signal design experience on PennDOT projects
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and be accountable for project/task schedules and budgets
• Experience and expertise in project management
