- Customer Service: Assist with handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information on services, rates, and schedules
- Logistics Support: Help coordinate scheduling, routing, and delivery of moving services
- Packing & Loading: Work alongside the moving team to assist with packing, loading, and unloading furniture and personal items
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking items during the move and ensuring accurate documentation of all goods
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with filing, data entry, and documentation
- On-site Support: Occasionally accompany the moving team to help with physical tasks such as packing, carrying boxes, and organizing
