II Job Outline
We are looking for a motivated and self-disciplined shop mechanic to provide the necessary repairs and maintenance work on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. The successful candidate will become a part of a team of mechanics who work safe and clean.
A. In-Shop service and repair of machines and equipment.
B. Yard and yard equipment maintenance and repair, housekeeping and security.
Also,
· Follows all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals.
· Maintains high employee morale.
IV Duties
1) In Shop Service and Repair of machines and components.
- Assists team leads in diagnosing repairs needed.
- Completes all shop paperwork or timekeeping requirements to track labor in job.
- Notifies team lead upon completion of repairs.
- Ensures safe working conditions and tide work area.
2) Shop and yard maintenance and repair, housekeeping and security.
- Assists team lead to ensure that all shop equipment required to perform repairs is kept in good operating and safe operating condition.
- Mentors Service Technician Apprentices and junior Service Technicians.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
