Hiring Compact Construction Equipment Specialists for our McCoy Construction and Forestry Dealership in Chippewa Falls, WI

The Compact Construction Equipment Specialist is responsible for increasing our CCE sales volume, market share, and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. This is a commissioned sales position with base pay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Participate in training to include sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager
- Maintain regular onsite attendance
- Any other duties as delegated by senior management

Qualifications and Skills:
- Construction and forestry equipment dealership experience required
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field experience required
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM Software
- Organizational, communication skills, and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- The ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Outstanding sales skills
- Goal-driven and analytical
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work under conditions of periodic mental stress
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Field sales experience preferred
