As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical processing, reviewing pick tickets, packaging and preparing shipments for export. You'll play a vital role in our Product Delivery Team, helping us provide exceptional service to our customers. This fast-paced position is crucial for ensuring our products are shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience driving a forklift is preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in a Logistics role
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Certificate(s) in International Transportation/Logistics an asset
• Experience in international shipping is an asset
• Experience in EPICOR is an asset
• Flexibility and availability to work overtime as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Check, photo, package and label orders according to internal processes
• Anticipate the needs of those you support and complete assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision
• Arrange drop shipments directly to customers (domestic and international)
• Complete all export customs documentation (HS codes, COO) and the use of our ERP system (Epicor) to ensure all traceability of the shipment is recorded accurately
• Responsible for 80% physical work including picking and packing along with 20% computer-based work like transfers and creating CIPL.
• Provide data to the manager in a timely and accurate manner
• Measuring & cutting wood for blocking/bracing capital equipment, use of miter saw.
• Other duties as assigned.
