This is a full-time position. The successful candidate needs to be located in the Portland Metro Area to split work between onsite and remote (currently: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, could vary if needed for coverage).

Qualified candidates will preferably have a bachelor’s degree and must be:
- Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Extremely detail-oriented, accurate with data entry
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Tech savvy
- Highly organized, efficient, and resourceful
- Able to work early in the morning or early evening hours as needed to meet deadlines
The job involves a variety of activities, some routine and some atypical, thus a successful candidate will thrive in both perfecting repetitive tasks and creatively handling new and unusual tasks. The position works directly with attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Typical activities for this job include preparing and sending correspondence, tracking and managing deadlines, charting and data entry, maintaining databases, and other office administrative support tasks. This is a full-time position which requires the ability to work on deadline-driven projects, which may include some overtime. This position requires the majority of the time spent working on a computer and sitting at a workstation. There will be general administrative onsite work tasks to complete for the firm as well.
