About the Role
- Provide expert-level technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall system efficiency and performance.
- Analyze complex problems, applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures, ensuring easy access for colleagues and future reference.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, procedures, and systems, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, patience, and clear communication.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and Mac21, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail store environment, preferably in a technical support role.
